Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes that are primarily outside their trade, business, or profession.)
Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- On which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if you ordered multiple goods under a single order and these are delivered together.
- On which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last good, if you ordered multiple goods under a single order and these are delivered together.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do so by email: support@twentysevn.com. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days after the day you have informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 30-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and which are produced based on the consumer's individual choice or decision, or which are clearly personalized according to the consumer’s personal needs.
- For the delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
- For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of contract conclusion, and which can be delivered only after 30 days and depend on fluctuations in the market, which the entrepreneur cannot control.
- For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires early in contracts:
- For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery.
- For the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
- For the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
